Section 1: Terms of Service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of kpnovel.com and the KP Novel mobile application (collectively, the “Platform”), owned and operated by Rinik Tech Company Limited (“Rinik Tech,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
1.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform. If you are between 13 and 18 years old, you may only use the Platform with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
1.2 Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify us immediately at support@kpnovel.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.
We reserve the right to refuse registration or cancel accounts at our discretion.
1.3 Permitted Use
Subject to these Terms, Rinik Tech grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial reading and entertainment purposes.
1.4 Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
Copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, or create derivative works of any Platform content without authorisation.
Use any automated tool, scraper, bot, or spider to access or extract content from the Platform.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers, or related systems.
Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related features or access controls.
Post, upload, or transmit any content that violates our Content Guidelines (Section 2).
Impersonate any person, entity, or Rinik Tech staff member.
Use the Platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Platform or its applications.
Upload viruses, malware, or any code designed to disrupt or damage the Platform.
1.5 Content on the Platform
The Platform hosts novels, stories, and other written content created by contracted writers and, where permitted, registered users. Rinik Tech does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any third-party content. You access all content at your own risk.
1.6 Premium Content & Payments
Certain content may require payment or a premium subscription to access. All fees are stated in the applicable currency and are non-refundable except as described in our Refund & Subscription Policy (Section 7). We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
1.7 Advertising
The Platform displays third-party advertisements as a source of revenue. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to the display of such advertisements. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisers.
1.8 Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, service marks, platform infrastructure, design, and proprietary technology associated with the Platform are owned by or licensed to Rinik Tech. Unauthorised use of any intellectual property on the Platform is strictly prohibited.

1.9 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
1.10 Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. RINIK TECH DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
1.11 Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, RINIK TECH AND ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM.
1.12 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rinik Tech and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of a third party.
1.13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of incorporation of Rinik Tech Company Limited. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration or the courts of the relevant jurisdiction, as applicable.
1.14 Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Platform following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Section 2: Content Guidelines & Community Standards
These Content Guidelines apply to all content published on kpnovel.com and the KPNovel App, including novels, stories, comments, reviews, and profile information, whether submitted by contracted writers or registered users. Violation of these guidelines may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination.
2.1 Permitted Content
We welcome a wide variety of literary genres and styles, including but not limited to:
Romance, fantasy, science fiction, thriller, mystery, historical fiction, and literary fiction.
Stories with mature themes, clearly labelled for adult audiences where appropriate.
Cultural, regional, and diverse storytelling perspectives from around the world.
2.2 Prohibited Content
a) Sexual Content Involving Minors
Any content that sexualises or depicts sexual acts involving persons under the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited. Such content will be removed and reported to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
b) Plagiarism & Copyright Infringement
Content copied from other sources without appropriate authorisation or attribution.
Works that infringe upon the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of any third party.
c) Hate Speech & Discrimination
Content that promotes, glorifies, or incites hatred, discrimination, or violence against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
d) Violence & Harmful Content
Gratuitous, graphic, or detailed depictions of violence with no literary merit.
Content that instructs, promotes, or glorifies self-harm, suicide, or harm to others.
Content promoting or glorifying terrorism, extremism, or mass violence.
e) Misinformation & Deception
Content presenting deliberate misinformation as fact, particularly on health, safety, or political matters.
Impersonation of real individuals, companies, or organisations in a deceptive manner.
f) Privacy Violations
Sharing private or personally identifiable information of real individuals without their consent (doxxing).
Publishing content that constitutes harassment, stalking, or targeted abuse of specific individuals.
g) Spam & Misleading Metadata
Repetitive, keyword-stuffed, or low-quality content uploaded solely to game discovery algorithms.
Misleading titles, descriptions, or tags designed to deceive readers.
2.3 Mature Content Labelling
Content containing mature themes (explicit language, adult situations, moderate violence) must be appropriately labelled using our mature content tags. Failure to label mature content correctly may result in content removal or account suspension.
2.4 AI-Generated Content
Writers must disclose if a significant portion of their submitted content was generated using artificial intelligence tools. Fully AI-generated content submitted without disclosure and presented as original human work constitutes deception and is prohibited.
2.5 Enforcement
Rinik Tech may remove any content that violates these guidelines, with or without prior notice.
We may issue warnings, suspend, or permanently terminate accounts of users or writers who violate these guidelines.
We will report illegal content to the appropriate law enforcement authorities.
2.6 Reporting Violations
If you encounter content that violates these guidelines, please report it using the “Report” feature within the Platform or by emailing support@kpnovel.com. See also our Reporting & Abuse Policy (Section 8).
Section 3: Writer & Contributor Agreement
This Writer & Contributor Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the relationship between Rinik Tech Company Limited (“Rinik Tech”) and any individual or entity (“Writer”) who submits, publishes, or is contracted to produce written content on kpnovel.com or the KPNovel App. By applying to become a writer, submitting content, or entering into a paid writing engagement with Rinik Tech, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
3.1 Eligibility
Writers must be at least 18 years of age.
Writers must have the legal right to create and publish the content they submit.
Writers must provide accurate personal and payment information for compensation purposes.
Writers located in sanctioned countries or on prohibited lists are not eligible to participate.
3.2 Content Submission & Ownership
a) Writer Retains Copyright
Writers retain full copyright ownership of their original works submitted to the Platform, unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract with Rinik Tech.
b) Licence Granted to Rinik Tech
By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Rinik Tech a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, sublicensable licence to: Host, display, reproduce, distribute, and transmit your content on the Platform and associated marketing materials. Format, adapt, or reformat your content for technical compatibility with the Platform, its app, and future formats. Feature excerpts of your content in promotional materials for the Platform with appropriate attribution. This licence continues for as long as your content remains on the Platform. Upon removal of your content, the licence terminates except for archival, legal, and operational purposes.
c) Originality Warranty
You represent and warrant that:
(i) your content is original and does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights;
(ii) you have all necessary rights, licences, and consents to submit the content; and
(iii) the content does not violate any applicable law.
3.3 Editorial Standards
Writers must adhere to our Content Guidelines (Section 2) at all times.
Rinik Tech reserves the right to edit content for formatting, grammar, or platform compatibility with prior notice.
Substantive editorial changes to a work's content require writer approval.
Rinik Tech may reject or remove any submission that does not meet quality standards or violates our policies.
3.4 Payment Terms
a) Compensation Structure
Payment may be structured as a flat fee per chapter, per story, or on a milestone basis. Revenue-sharing arrangements (where applicable) are calculated based on reader engagement and ad revenue attributable to your content. Payment schedules are typically monthly, processed within 30 days of the end of the payment period.
b) Payment Method
Writers must provide valid bank account details, PayPal information, or other accepted payment methods. Rinik Tech is not responsible for incorrect payment details provided by writers.
c) Taxes
Writers are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable income tax, self-employment tax, or VAT on payments received. Rinik Tech will provide applicable tax documentation as required by law.
3.5 Exclusivity
Unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing, writers are not required to publish exclusively on the Platform. If a specific exclusivity arrangement is agreed upon, it will be detailed in a separate agreement and may include higher compensation.
3.6 Confidentiality
Writers must not disclose the financial terms of their engagement, internal Platform data, or any proprietary information shared by Rinik Tech in the course of their engagement, without prior written consent.
3.7 Termination of Engagement
Either party may terminate the writer's engagement with 30 days' written notice.
Rinik Tech may terminate immediately for breach of this Agreement, Content Guidelines, or applicable law.
Upon termination, Rinik Tech will pay any outstanding amounts owed for completed, approved work.
Content published prior to termination may remain unless the writer requests removal and Rinik Tech agrees.
3.8 Non-Solicitation
During the engagement and for six (6) months after its termination, writers agree not to directly solicit Rinik Tech's contracted writers or key employees to work for a competing platform.
3.9 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be escalated to Rinik Tech's writer support team. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be referred to mediation or arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
Section 4: Intellectual Property Policy
This Intellectual Property Policy outlines the ownership, use, and protection of intellectual property (“IP”) on the kpnovel.com Platform and KP Novel App, operated by Rinik Tech Company Limited.
4.1 Rinik Tech’s Intellectual Property
All platform infrastructure, software, design, branding, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, user interface, proprietary algorithms, and other technology constituting the Platform are the exclusive property of Rinik Tech Company Limited. Unauthorised reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any Platform IP is strictly prohibited.
4.2 Writer & Contributor Content
As outlined in the Writer & Contributor Agreement (Section 3), contracted writers retain copyright in their original works. Rinik Tech holds a licence to host and display such works. Writers may not re-publish content exclusively licensed to Rinik Tech on competing platforms without express written permission.
4.3 User-Generated Content
Registered users may submit reviews, ratings, comments, and forum posts (“User Content”). By submitting User Content, users grant Rinik Tech a worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable licence to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with the Platform. Users represent that they own or have the right to submit all User Content.
4.4 Third-Party Content
The Platform may include third-party content, including advertisements and linked materials. Such content is the property of the respective third-party owners. Rinik Tech makes no claim of ownership over third-party content.
4.5 Trademark Notice
“KP Novel,” “kpnovel.com,” the KP Novel logo, and related marks are trademarks of Rinik Tech Company Limited. You may not use these marks without prior written consent from Rinik Tech.4.6 Reporting IP Violations If you believe your intellectual property rights have been infringed upon on our Platform, please refer to our DMCA & Copyright Policy document or contact us at dmca@kpnovel.com.
Section 5: Advertising Policy
Rinik Tech Company Limited operates an advertising-supported model on kpnovel.com and the KP Novel App. This Advertising Policy describes the standards and requirements for advertisements displayed on the Platform, whether served by third-party ad networks or directly arranged by advertisers.
5.1 Advertising Disclosure
All paid advertisements on the Platform are clearly labelled as “Sponsored,” "Advertisement," or "Ad" to distinguish them from editorial content. Rinik Tech does not allow advertisers to dictate or influence editorial content published on the Platform.
5.2 Third-Party Ad Networks
We work with third-party advertising networks, including but not limited to Google AdSense, to serve advertisements to our users. These networks may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to display targeted advertisements based on user interests and browsing behaviour. For more information, see our Cookie Policy in the Privacy Policy document.
5.3 Permitted Advertising Categories
Consumer goods and services (retail, e-commerce, software).
Entertainment, media, and streaming services.
Books, e-books, and educational products.
Financial services (subject to applicable regulations and compliance).
Health and wellness products (subject to advertising standards and no unsubstantiated medical claims).
Mobile apps and digital products.
5.4 Prohibited Advertising Content
Content targeting minors with products or services inappropriate for children.
Tobacco, recreational drugs, or related paraphernalia.
Gambling and betting services (unless locally permitted and properly disclosed).
Counterfeit or fraudulent products or services.
Misleading or deceptive claims violating applicable consumer protection laws.
Political advertisements intended to influence election outcomes.
Content that violates our Content Guidelines (Section 2) or applicable law.
Malware, spyware, adware, or any ads that auto-download software.
Pop-ups or interstitial ads that interfere with basic Platform navigation or reading.
5.5 Ad Quality Standards
Advertisements must not contain flashing, strobing, or autoplaying audio without user interaction.
Ad content must be clearly distinguishable from editorial or reader content.
Ads must not impersonate the Platform's design or UI to deceive users.
All advertised products must comply with applicable consumer protection laws.
5.6 Direct Advertising Partnerships
Brands and publishers wishing to advertise directly on kpnovel.com may contact our advertising team at support@kpnovel.com. All direct advertisers must comply with this Advertising Policy. Rinik Tech reserves the right to reject any advertisement at our sole discretion.
5.7 User Ad Preferences
Users may manage their ad preferences through their account settings or through the tools provided by our third-party ad network partners. Opting out of personalised ads does not remove ads from the Platform; it results in non-personalised ad display instead.
5.8 Compliance
All advertising on the Platform must comply with applicable laws and industry standards, including FTC guidelines, IAB (Interactive Advertising Bureau) standards, and GDPR requirements where applicable. Section 6: End-User Licence Agreement (EULA) This End-User Licence Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and Rinik Tech Company Limited (“Rinik Tech”) governing your use of the KP Novel mobile application (the “App”), available on iOS and Android platforms. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA. If you do not agree, uninstall the App immediately.
6.1 Licence Grant
Subject to the terms of this EULA and our Terms of Service (Section 1), Rinik Tech grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
Download and install the App on devices you own or control.
Use the App for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
6.2 Restrictions
You may not:
Copy, modify, merge, distribute, sublicence, sell, resell, or transfer the App or any portion thereof.
Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or branding on the App.
Use the App in any manner that could damage, overburden, or impair our servers or networks.
Use the App to access, download, or scrape content in violation of our Terms of Service.
6.3 Updates & Upgrades
Rinik Tech may release updates, patches, or new versions of the App from time to time. Some updates may be required to continue using the App. By continuing to use the App after an update, you agree to the terms of the updated EULA.
6.4 In-App Purchases
The App may offer in-app purchases, including premium content unlocks and subscription plans. All purchases are subject to our Refund & Subscription Policy (Section 7) and the terms of the applicable app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
6.5 App Store Terms
Your use of the App is also subject to the applicable usage rules set forth in the Apple App Store Terms of Service or Google Play Terms of Service. In the event of any conflict between this EULA and App Store terms, App Store terms shall prevail solely with respect to the App Store's subject matter.
6.6 Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, design, code, and functionality, is owned by Rinik Tech Company Limited and protected by intellectual property laws. This EULA does not grant you any rights to Rinik Tech's trademarks, logos, or other proprietary materials.
6.7 Privacy
Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy (contained in our Privacy Policy document), which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information.
6.8 Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically and without notice if you breach any of its terms. Upon termination, you must uninstall the App and cease all use.
6.9 Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. RINIK TECH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
6.10 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RINIK TECH SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
Section 7: Refund & Subscription Policy
This Refund & Subscription Policy outlines the terms governing payments, subscriptions, and refunds on kpnovel.com and the KP Novel App, operated by Rinik Tech Company Limited.
7.1 Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and in-app purchases through the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Applicable currencies and accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
7.2 Premium Content & Chapter Unlocks
Purchases of individual chapters or content unlocks are final and non-refundable once the content has been accessed. If you experience a technical error that prevents access to purchased content, please contact us within 7 days for a review.
7.3 Subscription Plans
a) Subscription Terms
Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
You will be charged the applicable subscription fee on the renewal date.
Subscription prices may change with at least 30 days' advance notice to subscribers.
b) Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the applicable app store.
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain access until that date.
Rinik Tech does not pro-rate refunds for partial billing periods.7.4 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Rinik Tech. We may approve refunds in the following circumstances:
Duplicate charges caused by a technical error on our end.
Charges made after a properly submitted cancellation.
Significant technical failures that prevented access to purchased content for more than 48 consecutive hours.
To request a refund, contact billing@kpnovel.com within 14 days of the charge with your order details.
7.5 In-App Purchases via App Stores
Purchases made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are subject to the respective store's refund policy. Rinik Tech does not process refunds for in-app purchases made via app stores; please contact Apple or Google directly for such requests.
Section 8: Reporting & Abuse Policy
Rinik Tech Company Limited is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and lawful environment on kpnovel.com and the KP Novel App. This policy explains how you can report violations, how we respond, and how you can appeal decisions.
8.1 What You Can Report
Content that violates our Content Guidelines (Section 2), including hate speech, violence, or harmful material.
Copyright or intellectual property infringement (see also our DMCA & Copyright Policy document).
Spam, misleading content, or fake reviews.
Harassment, threats, or abusive behaviour directed at you or other users.
Content involving the sexual exploitation of minors (CSAM); always escalated to law enforcement.
Impersonation of another person or entity.
Privacy violations, including unauthorised sharing of personal information
8.2 How to Report
a) In-Platform Reporting
Each piece of content on the Platform includes a “Report” option (flag icon or menu option). Select the most appropriate reason and provide additional details as needed.
8.3 Our Response Process
Acknowledge receipt of your report within 3 business days.
Review the reported content against our Content Guidelines and applicable policies.
Take appropriate action: issuing a warning, removing or restricting content, suspending or terminating the relevant account, or escalating to law enforcement.
Notify you of the outcome within 10 business days, where possible.
Due to privacy constraints, we may not be able to share all details of the action taken on reported accounts or content.
8.4 Appeals Process
a) Appealing Action Taken Against Your Content
Email support@kpnovel.com within 30 days of the decision.
Include your account details, a description of the action taken, and your reasons for believing the decision was incorrect.
b) Appeal Review
Appeals will be reviewed by a senior member of our Trust & Safety team within 14 business days. We will notify you of the outcome via email. Our decision on appeal is final.
8.5 Good Faith Reporting
All reports must be made in good faith. Filing false or malicious reports designed to harm another user or abuse the reporting system is a violation of our Terms of Service and may result in account suspension or termination.
8.6 Law Enforcement Cooperation
Rinik Tech cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities as required by applicable law. We may preserve and disclose user information to law enforcement when legally compelled to do so, or when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to prevent imminent harm.
